Better day!

I had a better day. 3.75 miles on Wednesday! It was a beautiful day, and no geese. :) I'm feeling more confident, I think I will stick to 2-3 miles until Christmas. One thing I am trying to figure out is how to make my knees stronger... I think the answer is going to have something to do with weight training, ugh.

  1. yoga should work for your knees. At least that is what my running/yoga friends say. 8 x 8 x 13 = 832 laps Hummm.
